Massage from head to toe. You can turn the foot rollers off if you don’t like that. I like them. You can also set it to massage a certain area, like upper back, middle back and lower back. One more thing. It comes with rollers on the bottom. They don’t work. The chair is too heavy to use them. It was really nice to have the chair in one piece. No assembly! Make sure you have it as close to the place your going to set it because it’s very heavy and very, very difficult to move. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend this chair. It’s great for a good massage.
